That roaming around the streets in his car

Listening to the retro soul

Her humming of the sweetest tone

That awkward silence expressed it all!

Liquor making her mind numb

But how could he be so dumb

As if looking into her eyes

Would have made him come :P

He was struggling with his thoughts

While she kept juggling with the cold

Her heart skipped a beat when he stopped roadside

Silence pervaded out while something erupted inside!!

With husky voice and wanting eyes

He turned towards her and mesmerized

Locking her hair besides her ear

He just pulled her cheek to her surprise!!

Her face turned a beautiful pink

His smile made her eyes blink

With soft voice and longing eyes

She pleaded “Take Me Home”!!

Surprised with her blunt demand

Secretly smiling from the corner of his lips

He turned the steering so hard

That made her jump off her hips!!

Took few minutes to reach his place

He opened the door to her grace

With trembling foot she stepped out

Looking at the house old memories came out!! `

With unsure mind and puzzling thoughts

She followed his lead to his house

He rang the bell and told her to wait

A friend of his opened the gate!!

Surprise struck the friend’s face

She waved hello and followed his trace.

He opened his room and lit the lamp

Looking around made her pulse ramp!!
